I kept your email address so I could one of these days reply and correct the errors I sent to you a few weeks ago in reguards to Pam Cody. Her legal name is Pamela Lee Gordon (Cody).  She passed away September 24, 2015. Her DOB is April 15, 1953. She is survived by her daughter Shawnna Churchfield and 2 sons grandsons Zack and Cody all of Wichita. Her younger sisters Becky and Tawny, nieces and nephews.
