Morgan, Deborah D. Moats 63, found sweet release Feb. 4, 2018. As an A&D Counselor & later earning her LSCSW. Debby helped many people before being diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Debby loved her family, Boxer rescue dogs & many friends. Preceded in death by her husband Dennis Morgan & mother Mary Moats. Survived by beloved step daughter Alexis Davis & Marshall of Calif., brother Jeff Moats, dear friends Julie Connolly, nieces Keely & Caitlin Connolly & Jan O'Halloran, all of Wichita. Private family service has been held in Calif. Special thanks to Home Health & Hospice of Ks. and Homestead of Augusta for the years of loving care they provided to Debby.
